People Services Administrator
Salary: Up to £27,250 per annum

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver onboarding and lifecycle administration across the whole organisation.
* To provide first line advice and support as required to resolve issues.
* To ensure process compliance, complete confidentiality and a high quality of people administration services for all employees across the employee lifecycle from new starters through to exit.
* To manage the administration for varying types of workers including employees, bank workers and volunteers.
* To develop and maintain the knowledge and skills to deliver an excellent service and expertise and confidence in the use of the people platform.
* To undertake a variety of people team general administrative duties including (but not limited to) issuing letters and contracts, meeting invite letters, notetaking, management of electronic filing systems, producing reports and dealing with post.
* To maintain the central controls in respect of eligibility to work, visas and sponsorships and criminal record checking.
* To respond to colleague and line manager queries and to manage the incoming queries and responses in an appropriate and timely way.
About you
* Relevant GCSE/A level or NVQ qualifications.
* Experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent IT skills including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and HR systems.
* Experience of working in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Previous experience of producing reports/statistical based information.
* Previous experience working on a HR information/IT system/database with excellent and accurate data entry ability as well as record management and maintenance.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* The ability to always deal with queries in a professional manner.
* The ability to prioritise your workload effectively in a busy environment and meet specified deadlines.
* Ability to use own initiative and be adaptable and flexible.
* Able to analyse information and present in a user-friendly way.
* Ability to meet the travelling requirements of the post.
