Overview
Early Years Practitioner / Early Years Professional – Full Time. A lovely and welcoming school is seeking a passionate and experienced practitioner to join their Nursery team for the remainder of the academic year. Applications are welcome from candidates holding Level 3, Level 4, Level 5, or Level 6 Early Years qualifications. This is a full-time agency role to start ASAP or no later than 1 June 2026, within a supportive school environment with excellent staff and enthusiastic children.
Responsibilities
* Supporting teaching and learning within the Nursery class
* Delivering engaging and creative Early Years activities
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
* Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS framework
* Building positive relationships with staff, parents, and carers
* Assisting with observations, assessments, and learning journals where required
Requirements
* Level 3, 4, 5, or 6 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Experience working within a Nursery or EYFS setting
* A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
