What You’ll Do Provide emotional and practical support to children in care Support daily routines: school runs, meals, activities, appointments Help young people develop life skills and promote positive behaviours Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model Contribute to care planning, record-keeping, and team collaboration Ensure the home meets the highest safeguarding standards What We’re Looking For Experience with children/young people (residential or similar preferred) Calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Resilience in managing challenging situations Willingness to work shifts (evenings, weekends, sleep-ins) Full UK driving licence (highly desirable) Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred – training provided) Join Our Team – Make a Difference Every Day!
