Job Description
Forbes Advisor is seeking a Paid Social Graphic Designer to produce high-performing static ads that directly drive measurable ROI across our paid social campaigns.
Working primarily in the Health, Insurance, and Financial Services verticals, you will collaborate with the Creative Strategy Lead, media buying team, and publishing teams to deliver engaging, conversion-focused designs for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
You will leverage AI design tools, stock imagery, product photography, and custom design elements to quickly develop, iterate, and optimize ads that stand out in-feed, clearly communicate value, and convert. This role is pivotal to ensuring we maximize advertising spend efficiency and scale winning creative across multiple brands and offers.
Responsibilities:
* Design and iterate paid social static ads optimized for click-through and conversion across multiple verticals.
* Rapidly translate creative briefs from the Creative Strategy team into compelling ad concepts ready for launch.
* Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E) alongside stock assets and custom illustrations to accelerate production.
* Monitor platform trends, competitor ads, and audience engagement to inspire new creative concepts.
* Ensure all designs adhere to brand and partner guidelines while aligning with best practices for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads.
* Adapt and optimize designs for multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) and placements.
* Review and interpret performance data to run structured creative tests and iterate on winning designs.
* Collaborate with Creative Strategy and Paid Social teams to ensure timely delivery of ad assets.
* Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate global time zones (IST to PST)
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a graphic designer in a paid advertising environment, ideally in performance marketing, ecommerce, affiliate, or lead generation.
* Portfolio showcasing high-performing paid social static ads for Facebook and/or TikTok.
* Strong grasp of paid social advertising principles and static ad engagement strategies.
* Experience using AI tools for creative production.
* Ability to adapt style and tone to multiple brand voices and publisher identities.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
* Attention to detail with work that meets brand and partner standards at all times.
* Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Airtable) is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Strong time management skills to deliver creative on schedule in a fast-moving environment.
