Overview
Tesco Colleague role with pay from £12.45 per hour (£13.66 for stores within the M25). Additional payments may apply depending on location. Minimum hours: at least 16 guaranteed per week, with options to work a minimum of 12 hours.
Availability windows will be used to schedule contracted hours; you will receive 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We support flexibility if your available times are close to the advertised times.

Responsibilities
* Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; provide great natural service.
* Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services in store.
* Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
* Apply training to work safely, effectively and to deliver excellent customer service.
* Make decisions that meet customers’ needs and deliver in-store routines accordingly.
* Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
* Understand store performance and how your role contributes to service, sales, waste reduction and profit.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure timely delivery to customers.
* Represent the brand values, be welcoming, and follow company policies.
* Occasionally assist with deliveries into the store.
