ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider and are assisting them with the search for a Infrastructure Engineer on a contract basis. This is a contract that is inside IR35 and is based on-site 3x days a week in the city of London. Key Responsibilities: Provide senior-level 3rd line support across a fully cloud-based infrastructure. Manage, maintain, and optimise Microsoft & Wintel environments. Support and enhance infrastructure and platform services (IaaS & PaaS). Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Intune, Mimecast, Cisco solutions. Work with Azure and Palo Alto technologies, ensuring best practice configurations. Support migration and integration of reporting functions into Google Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvements. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Senior 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer. Strong Microsoft & Wintel background. Hands-on experience with Intune, Mimecast, Cisco. Solid understanding of IaaS & PaaS. Azure experience essential; Palo Alto experience highly desirable. Experience in cloud-only environments. Knowledge of Google Cloud reporting tools advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
