As an Ecology Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll report to the Strategic Ecology Manager and play a pivotal role in resourcing and coordinating all our ecology projects.
What you will be doing
* Take charge of logging all new ecology resource requests and steer effective resourcing of all projects, from ecological surveys to technical report writing.
* Participate in regular meetings with the Ecology Resourcing team and Ecology team leads to monitor current and upcoming resourcing needs.
* Monitor potential resourcing constraints and challenges, staying a step ahead.
* Ensure consistent communication with Tyler Grange partners, providing smooth work allocation and administrative support.
* Play a role in the recruitment and development of Tyler Grange Partners.
* Amplify team strengths, identify training needs, and provide wellbeing support through regular check-ins.
* Manage, schedule, and audit all Ecology equipment.
* Help ecology teams manage projects more smoothly by handling resourcing and coordination so they can focus on technical work and business growth.

Nice to have
* Familiar with Salesforce
* Insight into environmental planning consultancies or planning industry
* Previous experience in ecology and ecological surveys
Salary
£26,900 per year (pro rata) plus £3,000 HCLA for London. Salary bandings are transparent and visible on our website: Tyler Grange pay transparency.
Location
This role can be based in Manchester, Leeds, London, Bristol or Birmingham. Hybrid model with an expectation of 2 days per week in the office.
