The role: Supervisor (Part-Time) at Pandora. You will lead on retail operations, coach and inspire a high performing team to beat targets and deliver a world-class customer experience. This is a Part-time role with hours to cover Saturdays and Sundays, with a competitive pay rate.
Responsibilities
* Sales floor: Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, motivate the team to beat them.
* Drive exceptional service by modelling our selling ceremony and delivering on KPIs.
* Perform store walks; understand commerciality and how it shapes visual merchandising in store.
* Monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success.
* Handle serious customer complaints escalated with professionalism and care.
* Personal sales: Build the bond between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting approach to individuals’ personalities and needs.
* Use deep product knowledge and storytelling to create personal, unforgettable experiences and inspire appreciation for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship.
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills; focus on up-selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity.
* Store operations: Act as key holder for the store and carry out opening/closure procedures.
* Cashing up and reconciling till systems.
* Assist store management with administrative duties including recruitment and investigations/disciplines if required.
* Assist with product and POS deliveries; unload and store in correct spaces.
* Operate till system, handle transactions including returns/exchanges, and manage escalations from the wider team.
* Maintain safety by following company security policies and procedures on the shop floor.
The Successful Candidate

Prior experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. If you are a senior sales assistant or current supervisor seeking a new challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
