Job Description
* We are seeking a dynamic Change Management Practitioner to drive and support organizational change initiatives.
* The role focuses on enabling smooth transitions to target operating models by implementing structured change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring adoption across teams.
* The ideal candidate will bring a balance of analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and execution of change management initiatives to enable successful transition to the target state
* Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change programs and recommend corrective actions
* Work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert in change management practices
* Actively participate in team discussions and provide practical solutions to work‑related challenges
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather insights, feedback, and alignment
* Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans aligned with project and business goals Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of changes
* Support stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to drive awareness and buy‑in
* Provide training, guidance, and support to teams to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: Relevant experience in Change Management or Transformation initiatives
* Core Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Change Management methodologies and frameworks
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
* Ability to define metrics and interpret data to drive decisions
* Stakeholder & Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels
* Execution & Delivery: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Experience in facilitating workshops and driving discussions
Preferred Skills
* Basic understanding of Journey Management Exposure to Design & Build Enablement practices
* Familiarity with Stakeholder Management frameworks
* Experience in organizational transformation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives
