You will contribute to the implementation of functional people plans that align with our evolving goals. Your main responsibility will be to foster a culture of engagement, develop team capacity, and promote inclusivity throughout the organisation.
What you’ll do
* Deliver people plans across your business portfolio, helping Flutter become the natural home for the world’s best talent.
* Partner with leaders to align people and talent strategies with business goals.
* Support and coach managers to build engaged, high-performing, and inclusive teams.
* Collaborate across HR and the wider business to create a seamless employee experience.
* Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change initiatives that enable growth.
* Embed core people processes across reward, engagement, performance, talent, and DEI.
* Use people analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
* Champion HR processes and policies, ensuring they remain efficient and effective.
How you’ll do it
* Bring 5+ years’ experience as a HRBP/People Partner in dynamic, global environments.
* Adapt quickly to changing business needs, using pragmatic, solution-focused thinking.
* Deliver at pace, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and teams, acting as a true partner.
* Apply business acumen to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
* Stay resilient under pressure while working independently and collaboratively.
* Bring a strong customer service attitude, ensuring teams and leaders feel supported.
