Who You Are You are an experienced senior carer, passionate about supporting adults to increase their independence at home. You have a background in working with older people or individuals with disabilities, and hold at least a Level 2 QCF in Health & Social Care. You are registered with Social Care Wales and possess experience in line-management within a regulated service. You are flexible, able to work on a rota basis, and committed to equality and safeguarding policies. What the Job Involves As a Reablement & Bridging Senior Care Officer, you will support complex cases and assist adults in regaining skills for independent living after illness or hospital stay. You will line manage Reablement Care Workers, ensuring compliance with legislation and quality standards. Your role involves monitoring client cases, collaborating with team leads, providing care for complex cases, and promoting user independence. Maintaining high standards of record-keeping and supporting care workers in overcoming technological challenges are key components of this role.
