Location : Milton Keynes Pay Rate : • £12.21 per hour starting pay • Night shift pay bonus of £3/hour from 11 PM to 6 AM • Potential for gameplay performance bonuses What You’ll Do As a Competitive Gamer, you’ll: • Participate in Gamer Academy Training for a minimum of 3 weeks to enhance your skills in readiness for live gameplay, keeping up with the latest techniques • Compete in MLB The Show at your highest skill level • Play in structured tournaments following all competitive and integrity rules • Represent the H2H ESPORTS Ltd brand with professionalism, including media coaching ⚡ The Vibe You’ll be part of a high-energy, team-focused environment, working closely with the Operations team and Referees to ensure smooth and exciting tournaments. Essential • Passion for eSports – Keen interest in esports • Competitive Drive – Eager to learn, grow your skills and compete at a high level • Professionalism – Maintain a clean social media presence and uphold integrity standards Desirable • MLB The Show Mastery – Experience playing MLB The Show against AI on All-Star or higher difficulty To be considered for this position you MUST be aged 18 or over, and be able to commute to Milton Keynes.
