As a Morning Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities of a care assistant:
1. Assist clients with getting ready for the day such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support.
3. Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
4. Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
5. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
6. Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements:
7. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
8. Reliable and punctual.
9. Live local to St Albans and surrounding areas
10. A caring and empathetic nature.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
12. Excellent rates of pay ranging from £13.75-£14.75ph
13. No previous experience required
14. Paid training provided to get you started!
15. Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
16. Paid travel time between clients
17. Double pay on bank holidays
18. Minimum one-hour visits
