Vision for Education are recruiting passionate Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher seeking flexible work, a better work-life balance, or the chance to gain experience in a variety of school settings. Whether you are an experienced Primary Teacher or an ECT, we can support you in finding the right role.
As a Primary Teacher, you may:
1. Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
2. Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND or additional support needs
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
4. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
5. Follow school planning or deliver your own lessons depending on the placement
6. Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to long-term placements, with many Primary Teachers progressing into permanent roles.

What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this Primary Teacher role, you must:
11. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
12. Have a passion for delivering high-quality primary education
13. Be adaptable, reliable, and confident working in different school environments
14. Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
15. Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers are equally encouraged to apply.
