M&A Infrastructure Project Manager - OUTSIDE IR35
We are looking for an Infrastructure Project manager with Mergers and Acquisitions experience for an initial 6 month contract outside IR35.
The role requires:
1. Demonstrate extensive experience working as an IT project manager with the capability to operate across multiple areas with a focus on infrastructure M&A IT integrations.
2. Understand the PRINCE2 framework demonstrating ability to design and run projects tailoring this methodology.
3. Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management experience.
4. Ability to run complex and commercially significant projects maintaining quality and control.
5. Ability to lead and provide guidance to technical resources.
6. Demonstrate examples of similar successful positions in the past.
7. Be highly collaborative with the wider delivery team, management structure and business leaders.
8. Demonstrate a very high level of customer service and empathy to the customer issues delivering solutions while working within budget.
9. Negotiate with suppliers to provide best balance of quality, service and price.
10. Be an excellent communicator.
11. Be able to commute to London and travel internationally.
Desirable:
12. IT knowledge, previous experience of delivering projects involving the following is advantageous for the role:M&A from an IT workstream perspective, extension of technology and integration of systemsMicrosoft cloud based technologies (M365, Exchange online and Azure)Email migration processes and complex email routing environmentsApplication deployment System deployments, upgrades or migrationsSecurity system rollout, as an example to; manage privileged access, data loss prevention, MFA
13. Release Management experience beneficial
14. Ability to work within the varied International Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
15. Ability to work within a hybrid On-premise and Off-premise Cloud Computing environment.
