What is the job?
As an F&B Supervisor you will be responsible for running our breakfast, restaurant or bar service on any given day. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction, creating a supportive working environment, and meeting hotel targets. You will collaborate with the Management Team to keep the outlets running smoothly, ensuring cleanliness, safety and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times.

About The Role
Your day to day
* Lead the F&B team on shift, maintaining high standards of service in the absence of the Head of Department
* Ensure all service areas run effectively, are adequately staffed and meet business requirements
* Track and achieve departmental targets, aligning them with guests and brand standards
* Represent the Tapestry brand and uphold its standards daily
* Meet and greet guests, gathering requirements and providing relevant information
* Check that all beverages and food are prepared and served to company standards within regulations, maintaining excellent customer service
* Maintain full product knowledge of the hotel’s facilities
* Supervise staff to deliver consistently high service and guest satisfaction, including responsibility for cash closing
* Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to meet departmental quality targets
* Handle guest complaints or issues efficiently and confidently
* Manage health and safety, complying with company procedures and safety risk audits
* Keep work areas tidy, safe, and report hazards, accidents or damage to management in line with health and safety legislation

Required Criteria
* Experience within a Food and Beverage role
* Proven supervisory and directorial experience with a hands‑on approach
* Customer service experience
* Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and motivate the F&B team
* Strong communication and organisational skills
Desired Criteria
* Experience within the hospitality industry as a supervisor
* 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English, or an equivalent qualification
