Overview
* We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated People Support Specialist to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide high-quality support, guiding them through company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in employee support with a strong grasp of HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
* Proficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (or other required languages) at a C1 or higher level.
* Fluency in other languages highly preferred (Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, German, etc.).

* Utilize critical thinking to analyze and resolve moderately complex and sensitive issues.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while assisting employees.
