The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate (3-5 years PQE) to join a leading international law firm in London. This role offers exposure to high-value, cross-border transactions and the chance to work with an impressive roster of clients across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will have experience in M&A (public or private) and general corporate governance advisory work .
Additional experience in equity capital markets or private equity deals would be advantageous.

3. Fundraisings, strategic investments, and partnerships

5. Management buy-outs and buy-ins
6. Private equity transactions and sponsor exits
7. Corporate restructurings and board advisory matters

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Corporate team, with responsibilities including:
8. Advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and governance matters.
9. Managing and executing complex M&A and corporate finance deals.
10. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
11. Contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership.

The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for a high-calibre lawyer who meets the following criteria:
12. 3-5 years PQE, ideally gained at a City or leading regional firm.
13. Strong experience in M&A and corporate governance ; additional experience in private equity or equity capital markets is a plus.
