An opportunity is available for a Team Admin Assistant working in our Worcester depot. This role is temporary for 12 months, subject to review and will primarily be office based.
Working under the direction of the Operations Manager the Team Admin Assistant plays a key role in supporting the operations team through effective administrative and coordination support. You will be a dependable team player, contributing to daily office functions and general administrative duties.
You will be an experienced customer-focused administrator with excellent organisational abilities, able to prioritise, multitask, and manage workloads effectively.
A confident communicator, particularly on the telephone, you will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills at all times. Be comfortable working with numerical data to support operational activities.
You should be an effective team player who can also work independently, showing initiative when required.
Experience using a range of IT systems is essential, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
Ideally you will have experience with scheduling operational or maintenance work and a background in utilities would be beneficial.
