Role: Catering Supervisor
As a Supervisor you’ll be vital in the day‑to‑day operation of the catering department, supervising and developing a passionate team, and striving to deliver memorable guest experiences each day while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the operation of the catering department
* Assist with stock control and manage staffing rotas
* Act as the point of contact for your team, from their first day of training to day‑to‑day questions
* Use your knowledge to problem‑solve effectively, implement best practice, and generate new ideas to drive the business forward and increase revenue
* Contribute heavily to children’s party packages and holiday activities, ensuring they are unique and enjoyable for guests
* Maintain the highest standards of health and safety and apply safe working practices at all times
Requirements
* Experience of working in a customer‑facing catering environment
* Supervisory experience, including team supervision, rota management and dealing with customer comments and complaints
* Experience of managing a varied workload
* Knowledge of licensing laws and food hygiene regulations
* Awareness of cost‑effective methods of working
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Hours: 15 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (rota basis)
