SEN Teaching Assistant - ASD & SEMH Provision - Full-Time - Rugby (CV22)- From £100 Per Day Are you a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are working with a fantastic SEN provision for students aged 7-16 that offers a holistic curriculum tailored to individual learning and well-being. This is a full-time role where you will provide 1:1 support, helping students engage, learn, and develop confidence in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to students, adapting to their individual learning and emotional needs Assist with lessons and structured activities following the holistic curriculum Support the development of social skills, communication, and emotional regulation Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a calm and structured environment Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to ensure each pupil receives tailored support What We're Looking For: Experience working with ASD and SEMH pupils, ideally in an SEN setting A patient, understanding, and resilient approach to supporting students Strong communication and behaviour management skills Ability to adapt to different learning styles and work on a 1:1 basis Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential) Why Choose Long Term Futures?
