Job Description
3. Provide financial analysis and insights to support organisational goals and projects.
4. Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial plans.
5. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
8. Support funding applications and donor reporting requirements.
9. Contribute to the development of financial strategies for long-term sustainability.
10. Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
11. A professional qualification in accounting or finance- ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
12. Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis.
13. Experience working within the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
14. Strong communication and presentation skills.
15. The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
16. An analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
