Requirements: * Culinary Qualifications: Relevant culinary qualifications, such as a City & Guilds or NVQ in Professional Cookery. * Experience: Experience working in a kitchen, preferably in a farm shop or similar setting. * Local Produce Knowledge: Familiarity with local, seasonal produce and farm shop products. * Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
