Role Overview As a Senior Sales Negotiator at Lawrence Rand, you’ll play a key role in winning instructions, closing high-value sales, and managing your own pipeline from appraisal to completion. You’ll be trusted to build strong relationships with clients, negotiate confidently, and deliver exceptional results. You’ll also mentor junior negotiators, share best practices, and contribute to our award-winning standard of service. Key Responsibilities Sales & Negotiation Manage the full sales process from valuation to completion Conduct accurate market appraisals and deliver persuasive valuations Arrange and lead viewings, showcasing properties to their full potential Negotiate offers to secure the best outcomes for vendors and buyers Provide clients with expert advice on market trends and pricing strategies Pipeline & Client Management Proactively manage your pipeline, maintaining momentum and closing deals efficiently Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, becoming their trusted advisor Keep clients fully informed and engaged throughout their journey Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional service Team Support & Development Mentor and support junior team members, helping them grow their skills and hit targets Assist management with onboarding and training new staff Support the branch manager in driving overall office performance Business Development Secure new instructions through prospecting, networking, and referrals Participate in local marketing and community events to build brand awareness Stay up to date on the local market, competitors, and trends Compliance & Administration Ensure all paperwork complies with industry regulations (AML, GDPR, etc.) Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date Liaise with solicitors, brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders as needed Key Skills & Requirements Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in residential sales with a proven track record Confident closer with strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset Proven ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organised, and resilient under pressure Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and property portals Full UK driving licence What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and bonuses Realistic OTE of £40,000–£55,000 for top performers Clear career path with progression into valuations, valuations manager, or branch management Ongoing training, coaching, and development with an award-winning brand Supportive, collaborative team culture that rewards hard work Company perks: pension contributions, team incentives, social events, and more How to Apply If you’re an experienced negotiator ready to take charge of your pipeline, close deals confidently, and grow your career with an award-winning agency, we want to hear from you.
