Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 (for those without teaching qualifications); £40,000 - £42,000 (for experienced educators)

We are a leading training provider based in Wolverhampton looking for an experienced Light Vehicle Technician to join our team as a Light Vehicle Trainer. You’ll work with apprentices from Level 1 to Level 3, delivering hands-on training in servicing, maintenance, and repair across a range of light vehicles. Whether you’re already in the education sector or looking to move from the workshop to the classroom, we’ll support your transition every step of the way.
Responsibilities
* Deliver hands-on training in servicing, maintenance, and repair of light vehicles to apprentices from Level 1 to Level 3
* Support and mentor learners to develop practical skills and knowledge
* Contribute to planning and delivering effective vocational training sessions
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
* A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle (essential)
* Industry experience in servicing, maintenance, and repair
* A passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
* No teaching qualifications? We will fully fund it
