About the Role As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support and information across a range of digital and non-digital channels. You will empower customers to use self-service tools, help them navigate our digital platforms, and ensure enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement, process requests across all contact channels, and ensure all interactions are accurately recorded on the Customer Experience platform. About You The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer enquiries across multiple channels in a similar or related role. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a professional and empathetic approach. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively. You will be competent in the use of a range of IT systems and able to manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
