I am currently recruiting for a high profile business based in Northamptonshire who are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic business in what is an exciting time.
In this role you will work with the Head of Commercial Finance to support a number of high value, high profile projects working with the heart of the business to drive change, implement dashboard reporting and ensure the operational teams remain compliant.
You will:
* Support, influence and challenge non-financial stakeholders
* Act as the key financial advisor to managers
* Analyse and track key financial metrics, specifically on capital expenditure
* Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
* Work with stakeholders in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts
* Identify opportunities and risks
* Provide support to wider team on reporting, queries and analysis
About You:
* Finalist or Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
* Prior experience within a commercial finance or business partnering role
* Experience within engineering or manufacturing related business preferred but not essential
* Confident working with stakeholders
* Ability to work proactively
* Confident dealing with non-financial stakeholders
