We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our clients growing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experiences, and efficient service delivery. Hours - Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm Your key responsibilities: Monitoring outstanding renewals, flagging risks, and following up to ensure deadlines are met Overseeing the smooth transfer of new sites into the Service Department, ensuring clarity and accuracy at every step Keeping contract records, client contacts, and asset registers up to date and accurate Taking ownership of new contract setups, working closely with the Sales Team to review and confirm details Raising purchase orders for subcontractors in line with service and procurement standards Checking and validating contract values, preparing renewal proposals, and sending them out within agreed timeframes Offering support to related areas, including Service Estimation, when required Creating weekly reports to highlight contract performance and emerging trends for Service Team Leaders Delivering complex administrative tasks confidently and independently Managing the administration and handover of renewed contracts to ensure continuity of service Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles ...
