PerformbankingdutiestoincludeactingasaCashierandadministrationwork.BeresponsibleforthepreparationandreconciliationofthedayendproceduresandlodgementsforcollectionbyCashInTransitSecurity. Thisrolerequiresflexibilityastravelbetweenall9branchesisessentialandmustbeabletoaccommodate branch opening times. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ThepositionwillrequireassistingmemberswithallaspectsofCreditUnionbusinesswhileworkingaspartofateamtoprovideadministrationandsupport. Delivering an excellent member service across multiple delivery channels including in person, over the telephone and online. Processing member transactions including lodgements, withdrawals, and transfers, opening accounts and re-activation. Issuing member loans and ensuring that the loan conditions are satisfied. Dealwith and resolve memberqueries. Accuratelyhandlecash, reconcilebalancesand accountfor anyshortfalls/excess. AssistmembersandprovidedetailsonarangeofservicesofferedbyCCU. Updatingmemberinformationandensuringthedatabaseismaintainedtoahighstandardincluding scanningandfiling. Undertakesuch otherreasonable andlawful dutiesas maybe directedfrom timeto timeby management. UndertakerelevanttrainingasdeemednecessarybytheCreditUnion. EXPERIENCE Essential 2yearspluspreviousexperienceinasimilarrole. 5GCSEsgradeCorabovemustincludeEnglishandMaths. Cashhandling,cashsecurityexperience. Customer service / customer facing experience. ExperienceinthefinancialservicesindustryandorincludingCreditUnion. Driving+accesstoacar. Proven track record and industry led training / qualifications. Bankingsystem/softwareexperienceandskills. Full clean driving licence and access to own car must be able to travel between branches. Desirable PreviousCreditUnionexperience. Have or working towards Pathways Certificate in Credit Union Operations. Finance related qualifications.
