About the Role: As a Hospitality Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the Hospitality Supervisor and Hospitality Manager to oversee all aspects of hospitality and events from start to finish. Your role will be pivotal in delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards in hospitality and events. What We're Looking For: A team player with a valid driver’s license and excellent customer service skills. Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, on a 5 out of 7 day schedule, including a few nights and weekends. Why Join Us? Job Description Responsibilities: Orchestrate and deliver brilliant operations for all meetings and events – think of yourself as the conductor of a fantastic show! Work your magic by liaising with the kitchen and school events team to ensure food and service provision hits those Holroyd Howe standards every single time. Champion all legislative and government guidelines with enthusiasm – The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, and COSHH regulations are your friends! Keep a keen eye on food and beverage control, including stock takes and ordering, whilst ensuring our in-house accounting policies are followed to the letter. Qualifications A passion for food and beverage (or genuine willingness to learn!) Experience working events and hospitality (or genuine willingness to learn!)
