Electrical Design Engineer Available!
Our client is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Electrical Design Engineer will be working in the Sheffield office, supporting the design and growth of heat network infrastructure in the UK. The Electrical Design Engineer must have proven experience, specifically in the design of Electrical Building Services, with a strong technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities for the Electrical Design Engineer:
Involvement in Energy Centre Electrical Services Design
Coordinate the work of others and coordinate work with engineers
Surveying and evaluating existing building energy systems
Assist in the evaluation of project scope and design inception
Produce detailed drawings, reports, calculations and specifications for different RIBA stages
Participate in the design and delivery of new energy projects during the pre-construction and construction phases
Liaise with the client and subcontractorsSkills Required for the Electrical Design Engineer:
Electrical Qualification
Experience with the following software: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Trimble Design Suite, Dialux
Strong and technical electrical knowledge
Proven track record of delivering electrical design projects
Excellent communication skills
Good organisational, time management and planning
