The Role: The main responsibility of the Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker role is to provide safe and effective care to service users throughout all aspects of their care needs; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This includes (but is not limited to): Personal care, hygiene and toileting, mobility, assistance with feeding and nutritional support, 1-1 supervision, monitoring and recording, promoting independence, and assisting individuals to live fulfilled lives despite varying degrees of incapacity and/or disability.
