Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for driving consistent improvement in store sales, KPIs, and other success metrics. You will recruit, retain, motivate, and develop the team to ensure the store's success, maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, and create a shopping experience that delights customers every time.
Responsibilities:
* Drive LFL growth in sales and KPI performance
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards, optimize space, and ensure stock availability
* Follow instructions from senior retail team members
* Develop, review, and appraise team performance, managing poor performers appropriately
* Ensure brand integrity through proper behaviors and uniform standards
* Control payroll and store expenses to stay within budget
* Train and induct team members to deliver excellent customer service
Key Skills and Experience:
* Target-driven with a focus on sales
* Strong visual merchandising skills
