* Assist in organising meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials as needed.
* Provide administrative support using QuickBooks for financial record keeping.
* Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office environment.
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong clerical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with computerised systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite.
* Excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* Administrative experience within an office setting is preferred.
* Competence in using QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to type quickly and accurately, ensuring efficient documentation processes.
* Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
