The Opportunity
Join a high-energy, fast-growing drinks business with an enviable portfolio of market-leading and globally recognised brands including some exciting new products that are already huge in the US. Known for their innovative marketing and brand activations, this business connects with consumers through music festival sponsorships, student events, and bold national campaigns.
Were looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 46 Area Sales Managers while also taking ownership of several large, high-profile accounts. This is a true player-manager role blending leadership, coaching, and performance management with direct responsibility for driving sales in key customers.
The Role
* Lead, coach, and motivate a field-based sales team to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
* Manage your own portfolio of high-value accounts, driving volume, visibility, and profitability.
* Support ASMs with joint customer visits, training, and development to maximise their effectiveness.
* Identify growth opportunities across independent retail, symbol groups, and wholesale channels.
* Deliver in-store activation, brand placement, and promotional execution to align with marketing campaigns.
* Analyse territory performance and implement strategies to increase distribution and market share.
About You
* Proven FMCG sales leader with experience managing field-based teams.
* Strong track record in independent retail, symbol groups, and wholesale channels drinks experience a plus but not essential.
* Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach in the field.
* Skilled in managing key accounts while leading a team to hit collective targets.
* Commercially astute, KPI-driven, and comfortable with forecasting and performance management.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly.
