1. Supporting Shift Managers and Crew
2. Ensuring the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
3. Providing an exceptional experience for customers and creating a positive working environment
4. Handling customer complaints promptly and honestly
5. Leading by example, working hands-on with the team and customers
6. Supporting the General Manager in achieving store results
7. Owning the P&L, driving sales, and controlling costs
8. Managing daily operations and planning for the long term
9. Upholding company values
10. Developing team talent for future leadership roles
