JOB TITLE: Airside Driving & Warehouse Operative
SHIFTS: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 07:00AM - 19:00PM
SALARY: £26,208 - 28,392 per year
BASE: Luton
GBA Global Solutions provides 24/7/365 UK national and global coverage from two main control centres and two hubs, focusing on domestic and European aerospace & airside logistics services (branded as ‘GBA Skyway’), and global forwarding.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure 100% compliance with aviation security protocols for all deliveries and collections processed through your facility.
2. Load and secure items onto delivery vehicles (including your own).
3. Security screen items to Cabin Baggage or Known Cargo status.
4. Manage time, route planning, and communication to ensure workload completion.
5. Plan and dispatch loads, including using Transport Management System and liaising with drivers requiring assistance during their duties.
About You
1. Ability to work within a small team and on own initiative.
2. Minimum 3 years driving experience (preferably airside, but not essential).
3. Full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 penalty points.
4. Five-year checkable employment history with no employment gaps exceeding 28 days.
5. Right to work in the UK and no disqualifying convictions for working airside.
