Office Angels are delighted to be supporting our client in Worcester with the recruitment of a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their friendly, hardworking team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Daily Rate: Up to £
Contract: Temporary for 3 months (with the potential to go permanent)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
Start Date: Immediate ASAP
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
1. Assisting customers and technicians to identify and order the correct vehicle parts
2. Managing parts orders, including checking deliveries and processing returns
3. Maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting stock control
4. Using parts catalogues and dealership systems to source required parts
5. Issuing parts promptly to the workshop to support repair schedules
6. Processing customer payments and raising invoices
7. Monitoring stock requirements and placing supplier orders
8. Handling warranty parts and ensuring accurate documentation
9. Building positive relationships with customers, technicians, and suppliers
About you:
We'd love to speak to you if you have:
10. Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role or within an automotive parts environment
11. Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive systems
12. Great communication skills and a helpful, positive attitude
13. Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
14. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
15. Confidence using computer systems and parts catalogues
