Quantity Surveyor – £15m Grade Listed Manor Refurbishment, Oxfordshire Up to £80,000 Package We’re working with a long-standing client – a respected name in the Super Prime Residential space – who are just about to break ground on a £15m refurbishment of a Grade Listed manor house set within a 200 acre estate in Oxfordshire. This is a flagship project for the business, with a well-planned programme stretching over 2 years and a full team in place. They’re now looking to bring on a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of the scheme. The Project: Full internal strip-out and refurbishment of a 13,000 sqft main house Façade restoration and upgrade in line with listed status Brand-new basement wellness space with swimming pool, gym & spa Several outbuildings and cottages being refurbished or rebuilt Extensive landscaping and estate upgrades, including tennis courts Long-term, high-spec construction led by a team that understands the detail of working with heritage and luxury finishes The Role: Working closely with the Project Manager, Site and Commercial Directors to ensure commercial success Responsible for procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, and cost reporting Managing project budgets, forecasts, and client-side reporting Taking the lead commercially while being supported by a broader head office team Input into project strategy, reporting, and decision-making What’s on Offer: Salary up to £80,000 full package Long-term pipeline of Oxford-based Super Prime work – this role will form the foundation of a new regional team Excellent progression potential into Senior Quantity Surveyor and future leadership positions Well-run business with a reputation for delivering complex, high-spec residential builds and refurbishments across London and the Home Counties Work directly with UHNWI clients and private investors, with high levels of quality expected across every detail ✅ Ideal Background: Experience delivering high-end residential projects in the UK (Prime/Super Prime preferred) Comfortable leading the commercial element of a project, either independently or with oversight Strong understanding of bespoke packages, traditional construction methods, and working within listed buildings Ability to commute to site near Oxford on a daily basis – this is a site-based role If you’re a Quantity Surveyor who wants to work on landmark builds in a supportive, ambitious team, and you’re looking for the next step in your career — we’d love to hear from you.
