Nurse Prescriber IV Therapy Nurse
Nuriss Skincare and Wellness Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse / Nurse Prescriber to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a thriving aesthetics practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of advanced IV therapies for our patients and there is also a role for being trained to offer skincare treatments and consultations within a safe and professional environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse (NMC). Candidates with a valid prescribing qualification are preferred given the nature of the role.
* Proven experience as a Nurse Prescriber, ideally within an aesthetics or dermatology setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
* Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
* Passion for aesthetics and skincare.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer IV vitamin drips and IM injections as prescribed, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
* Carry out blood tests (phlebotomy), vitamin D testing,
* Complete patient consultations, take detailed medical histories, and advise on suitable treatments.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborate with physicians within the team to coordinate patient care.
* Educate patients on their treatment, potential side effects, and post-IV care.
* Ensure infection control and a safe treatment environment at all times.
* Deliver an outstanding standard of customer service, representing the brand professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
* Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Minimum 2 years' nursing experience, ideally in a clinical or community setting.
* Candidates with a valid prescribing qualification are preferred given the nature of the role.
* Proven competence in cannulation, phlebotomy, and medication administration.
* Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work flexibly, manage your own schedule, and travel to multiple locations.

Essential Requirements
* You must arrange and pay for your own aesthetics-specific indemnity insurance (not covered by standard RCN indemnity) alongside our own clinic indemnity that will be provided
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience administering injectable treatments (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers).
* Qualifications and experience in facial treatments such as chemical peels, hydrafacials, and microneedling.
* Other aesthetic qualifications (please specify in your application).
* Knowledge of skincare products and technologies.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £20.00-£23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 24 per week
