Your new role
In this role you will be working alongside the planning and development director. Your role will involve assessing land and property use, managing regeneration projects, identifying new opportunities, delivering planning application, liaising with clients and delivering the projects. Their rural/ land team have a strong residential proposition, alongside life science projects and infrastructure.
What you'll need to succeed
If you are an enthusiastic senior planning and/or development surveyor, looking for the next step in you career where you can be a part of real growth, I'd love to hear form you. Ideally, you will be RTPI accredited with previous experience in development or planning position. You must have a driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
