Part-Time Support Worker – Norton Cluster

Please note a full UK licence is required

About the Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, no two days are ever the same – and that's what makes this role so fulfilling. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's unique needs, goals, and aspirations.

Your responsibilities may include:

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

* Has a compassionate and caring nature
* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and understanding
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Is reliable, flexible, and committed
* Is willing to complete relevant training and development

Previous experience is welcome but not essential, as we provide a comprehensive training programme.
