Job Description
* Deliver technical leadership for projects and transitions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
* Provide engineering solutions for complex problems through structured analysis and collaboration
* Drive improvements in manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements
* Lead teams to implement engineering changes and support product lifecycle activities
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems, including risk management
* Develop and apply best practices in design for manufacture, assembly, and validation
* Support team development through mentoring and regular performance reviews
* Contribute to achieving operational goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced Manufacturing/Project/Process Engineer, from a Manufacturing background, along with:
* A recognised qualification in Engineering
* Experience in processes such as assembly, machining, PCBA manufacture, and plastic injection moulding
* Skilled in techniques including FMEA, tolerance analysis, and configuration control
* Knowledge of CAD, PLM systems, and validation activities for engineering change
* Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to implementing solutions
