Notable schemes include Bankside Yard, HS2, Claridge’s Hotel basement, The Londoner Hotel and Battersea Power station The Team: Our Temporary Site Services team plays a pivotal role in the success of our projects and is a key part of our self-delivery model. As we're on the cusp of our next big leap, this is an excellent opportunity for you to make your mark in a growing part of our business. Position Overview: In this role you will be responsible for managing a small team of engineers and coordinating temporary services across our projects. You will be responsible for setting workloads, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work is getting done. Responsibilities: * Oversee the planning and execution of electrical temporary works on construction sites. * Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure the design and implementation of temporary installations align with project requirements. * Collaborate with on-site teams, contractors, and project managers to address and resolve any issues related to temporary works. * Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards. * Maintain accurate documentation of temporary works activities, including reports and inspection records. This role will be Monday to Friday and based across various project sites in central London. About You: * Minimum 2 years’ experience within the construction industry * Ready to progress to Authorised Person (AP) role or currently serving as an AP * JIB Gold card * Preferably have Temporary Services experience. * Strong organisational and leadership skills. * Effective communication skills We’re on the lookout for reliable, experienced individuals, preferably with a background in temporary site services to join our team.
