What You Will Be Doing
The role sits within our Brand Experience Division at Wasserman Live, working on a supermarket brand to deliver multiple experiences across the country. You will support the planning of these brand experiences, working with the Account Manager and Account Director. You will be involved in project planning from start to finish, onsite activation and event management, budgeting, feasibility and administration. You will participate in brainstorms, contribute ideas and prepare presentations.
Responsibilities
* Ensure work produced meets objectives, is delivered on time, and achieves high standards for the company and client
* Assist in developing creative ideas and conducting research to ensure feasibility within parameters and budget
* Be involved in research and feasibility of ideas generated
* Support all operational and administrative functions to deliver events efficiently
* Assist with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, POs, supplier invoicing/cost management
* Source, purchase and manage suppliers, quotes and details
* Project management: set up procedures and reliably enter data into the client management system (Quest)
* Compile and write client responses and presentations
* Manage meetings, notes and actions; coordinate and manage staff and contractors on site
* Maintain clear communication and reporting; compile project reports, job sheets and schedules
* Manage supplier relationships; ensure thorough event reporting and data capture
* Create risk assessments and method statements

Technical Skills and Knowledge
Experience in a similar agency-based role is preferred, with event management and onsite activation experience. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
