Overview
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included. This post is for 37 hours per week (full-time) on a permanent basis. The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Friday. You will provide support to 284 community pharmacies across Greater Glasgow & Clyde.

Responsibilities
* Provide support to 284 community pharmacies across Greater Glasgow & Clyde.
* Work in a busy environment, sometimes under pressure.
* Organise, prioritise, problem solve, and focus to meet workload demands.
Qualifications
* SVQ Level III in Administration or demonstrable experience.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
* Experience of working in an NHS environment with an understanding/experience of NHS networks is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team and with supervision of an administrative staff group.
* Ability to work unsupervised with initiative; capable of meeting challenging timescales; flexible to adapt to change and last-minute demands.
