We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our expanding commercial finance team as a Sales Development Representative / Trainee Finance Broker. Based in our Chichester office, this opportunity offers an introduction into a highly lucrative sector.
What You'll Do
* Outbound calls to SME businesses across the UK
* Prospecting through phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach
* Build and manage a pipeline of interested business owners
* Track activity and progress using CRM tools
* Learn to qualify leads and assist in building financial proposals
* Shadow experienced brokers to learn industry sales techniques
What You'll Get
* Base salary: £25,000.00
* Uncapped monthly commission from day 1
* Quarterly performance-based bonuses
* On target earnings: Year 1 - £40,000.00 Year 2 - £50,000.00
* Training in commercial finance and structured sales

Hours & Benefits
* Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
* Friday early finish at 14:00
* 20 days' annual leave + 8 bank holidays
* Paid leave over Christmas period due to office closure
What We're Looking For
* Strong communicator, confident and resilient
* Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
* Based near or able to commute to Chichester full-time
* Experience in B2B/B2C sales is advantageous
* Excellent verbal and written English
