***INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY***
We’re looking for an IT Project Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent basis. As part of our IT Assurance & Risk team, you’ll help deliver vital assurance services that support the smooth running of IT projects across the National Trust. You’ll focus on co-ordinating key activities within IT assurance processes, ensuring they are well-structured and effective.
What it's like to work here

Partnering across the organisation, our IT teams deliver priority services at speed, always focused on the needs of our people and supporters. With over 40 projects running at any time, our work is fast paced, varied, and essential.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
What you'll be doing
You’ll coordinate assurance activities across all IT projects, ensuring our data remains accurate and up to date. You’ll also manage the administration of our project time recording system, keeping processes running smoothly. In addition, you’ll support the team by organising stakeholder meetings and ensuring they are scheduled effectively.
