We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our Marketing Department.

As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll define and deliver the digital roadmap across performance marketing, website experience, SEO, and social channels. You’ll lead a high-performing team and agency partners to ensure our digital activity drives both commercial impact and brand engagement.

The Role

1. Own and deliver the UK digital marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels
2. Lead performance marketing across search, paid social, display and emerging channels
3. Manage and optimise acquisition performance, ROI and lead generation activity
4. Oversee agency relationships to ensure accountability, efficiency and innovation
5. Lead and develop two direct reports (Social Media Manager and Digital Content Executive)
6. Shape and deliver the digital roadmap aligned to brand and commercial objectives
7. Own website performance, optimisation and user experience improvements
8. Lead SEO strategy across technical, on-page and off-page activity
9. Ensure visibility across evolving LLM and AI-driven search environments
10. Partner with UX, Product and Tech teams to prioritise website enhancements
11. Oversee digital content production across web, social and paid channels
12. Define and guide social media strategy and editorial direction
13. Strengthen brand storytelling and engagement across digital touchpoints
14. Translate performance data into clear actions and recommendations
15. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks with Data & Insights teams
16. Own tracking governance, compliance and digital measurement standards
17. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively
18. Partner with Brand, CRM, Sales and Club Operations to align activity to business goals
19. Champion a culture of experimentation, testing and continuous optimisation

Experience

20. Proven digital marketing leadership within a multi-site consumer brand (fitness, retail, hospitality or subscription preferred)
21. Strong expertise across performance marketing, paid social, SEO, content and digital experience optimisation
22. Track record delivering measurable acquisition growth
23. Experience managing agencies and internal teams
24. Strong commercial mindset with budget ownership experience
25. Confident influencing senior stakeholders
26. Highly analytical and data-driven decision maker
27. Passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies
