Accessible as required to ensure that Patients understand and know you are at the heart of helping them to achieve their dream, and creating a workplace where colleagues know they can do their best.
You will ensure that your teams have the space to be brilliant whether that’s the consultant or the receptionist, your approach will be to set them up to make the difference they can, and when they don’t, you’ll actively manage performance to address gaps.
An experienced Operations Directors within Fertility Services or Private Healthcare.
Uses data to identify causes and areas of focus, track improvement and provide quantitative data for business cases.
